Our Mission
To provide a transparent, anonymous platform where service users can share their experiences with Cafcass. We believe that collective data is the key to highlighting systemic patterns and driving positive change in family law.
Rate Cafcass was created because traditional feedback routes often feel complex, isolating, or unheard.
Many parents and family members go through the court process feeling like they have no voice. Official complaints processes can be lengthy and daunting.
We wanted to build something different: a quick, quantitative, and anonymous way to record your experience. By aggregating thousands of "micro-reviews," we can paint a clearer picture of how Cafcass operates across different regions of the UK.

This website is not affiliated with Cafcass (Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service) or the Ministry of Justice. We are an independent community initiative run by parents, for parents.
