How We Protect Your Identity

Anonymous Ratings

When you submit a rating or feedback on this site:

Your name is NEVER published. Your ratings are aggregated into anonymous statistics.
No Case Numbers. We do not ask for, store, or publish court case numbers.
Generic Data Only. We group data by region (e.g., "South East") rather than specific towns or courts, making it harder to identify individuals.

Safe Login

We offer login via Google or Email purely to verify you are a real person (one person, one vote) and to prevent spam bots.

Your email address is encrypted and stored securely.
We never share your email address with Cafcass, social services, or any third party.

Data & Cookies

What we collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to operate:

Login Info: Your email address (hashed/encrypted where possible).
Ratings: The scores you submit (1-5 stars) and checkbox selections.
Timestamps: When a rating was submitted.

Cookies

We use small text files called "cookies" solely to keep you logged in while you use the site. We do not use invasive tracking cookies to follow you around the internet.

Right to be Forgotten

Under GDPR, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. If you wish to do this, simply contact us via the contact page or use the "Delete Account" button in your dashboard (coming soon).
